Below the Surface

The film tells a story of emerging from darkness into light, while facing struggles that aren't always visible.

Shahar, a reserve soldier with PTSD, arrives at a secluded beach at night to dig his grave and end his life. After a struggle with the sea, which tries to thwart his plan, he sinks into an inner journey of transformation, discovering meaning and renewed hope.
