Buddy talk

Buddy Talk is an English learning app for children aged 4 to 8 with dyslexia, based on speaking, listening, movement, and comprehension – with no reading or writing at all. The app explores a learning model tailored to the child’s sensory world: in each task, only one channel is activated – gesture, a short story, or distinguishing between similar-sounding words. An animated character guides the child through a playful interface that invites them to communicate, move, and respond. This gives rise to a new language: experiential, accessible, and intuitive – one that children with dyslexia can develop with confidence and joy, in their own way.
