DIRECTƎD: Printed Clay, Guiding Hand – Craft in the Age of Digital Making

In the age of digital craft, where 3D printing is becoming widespread, there is a growing need for specific tools for printing different materials. The project focuses on 3D printing of ceramics, promoting it as a central method for ceramic-making in the new digital age. Combining technology, material, and intuitive design, this tool provides control over the printing path in real time, emphasizes an active crafting experience, and allows users to create complex, innovative, and unique objects that cannot be produced in traditional methods. Advisor: Noam Dover
