Home, Inwards.

A gentle and nostalgic video diary and installation project documenting an emotional journey of recalling a traumatic childhood experience through an artistic reconstruction of a lost home. Using archival materials, original objects, and symbolic material choices, the artist seeks to connect the child she once was with the woman she is today. Through layers of imagery and sound, illuminated by light and shadow, the project explores whether art can serve as a tool for healing loss. It is an intimate process of preservation, deconstruction, and reconstruction, aiming to create a new space of repair, belonging, and inner sense of home.
