How to Not Be Yourself

A Theoretical and Practical Guide to Self-Identity Transformation. This project aims to challenge our everyday ideas of selfhood as fixed, coherent, and fundamentally unchangeable. Through theoretical inquiry and practical exercises, this guide offers tools for a deliberate disruption of the self-using practices grounded in critical theory, psychology, and technologies of the body and mind. This is not a self-help guide, but an invitation to part ways with the given self, to take on a creative disposition toward self-identity, and to explore the possibility of becoming someone entirely different.
