ISOTOPE
ISOTOPE is a new Hebrew typeface born out of longing - a tribute to woodblock letters that were an integral part of the local printing landscape during the British Mandate period, and have since vanished completely from the visual field. The typeface utilizes parametric technology that allows dynamic variation of contrast and letter width, creating a wide range of typographic possibilities. Alongside the letters, Isotope includes ligatures inspired by endangered animals - a homage to worlds fading away, both typographic and biological alike. Mentored by: Dan Ozeri, Prof. Merav Salomon
