The Eye of the Needle
Sometimes we don’t need a voice to scream. This work is an extension of a state that cannot be spoken — only felt: heavy breath, inner tightness, small accumulating moments that eventually spill over. I wanted to hold that feeling, place it before me… to see it, and maybe understand it.
Materials: Porcelain clay
Techniques: hand-building (no molds), torn edges, intentional cracks, black/white contrast, high-temperature firing.
Dimensions: Variable dimensions – height ranges from 60 cm to 90 cm, width ranges from 20 cm to 30 cm.
