Personal Matter

The first Soul Creature was born from a personal attempt to hold on to my mother’s love after her passing. I wanted to dismantle the loss.
The project enables repressed emotions to resurface and then transforms them into a new, liberating, sublimated visual entity. Through spontaneous scribbling and associative image selection, the participant creates a map of imagery embedded in an eight-square grid, where the connections between the images reflect an unconscious emotional pattern.
The images are analyzed through psycho-visual dimensions by a customized AI model, which then generates a formal design brief for a talisman. The result integrates into the Land of Soul Creatures – a digital realm echoing Jung’s collective unconscious and Winnicott’s potential space between conscious and unconscious, forming a “Paradise of Potential.”
The image is cast as a physical silver jewel – a material testimony to an emotional journey. Each piece is a physical embodiment of a feeling that had no body, until it was invited to take form.
