Quiet Burning
Throughout my life, I have moved between different places, countries, and languages.
For me, drawing and painting are ways to get closer not only to what was,
but also to things that don’t yet have a clear shape.
My works come from my personal world, but sometimes they take inspiration from old, biblical stories.
In the images, you can find scorpions, tangled plants, and a burning bush.
I try to create a feeling of danger and not knowing what will happen.
Through landscapes, I explore ways of being that also describe our time,
a time when nothing feels stable, and anything can suddenly change.
