Sound-script

A typographic research project exploring the connection between voice, language, and form. By analyzing the phonetics of spoken Hebrew and visualizing its sound waves, I developed a new writing system—one that can be read, scanned, and played. When scanned, it produces audio resembling human speech. This system is not symbolic or conventional; it is a direct visual expression of sound. It doesn’t just represent sound, it is sound.
