Temporarily Closed is a documentary book that explores the desire to preserve the memory of the city of Tel Aviv–Jaffa as it appears today, in the midst of the construction of the light rail. It is a journey documenting a city that is simultaneously disintegrating and being rebuilt — about presence and absence, about formation and unraveling.
