Tension in Stillness
This journey taught me resilience, patience, and the strange beauty of discomfort. Nothing about it was smooth just like life. The process shaped not only the work, but me. I sculpted each form through hot-shop glassblowing, sculpting, and mold-blowing. Working with molten glass in its most vulnerable state, I learned to romanticize pain, to listen to what hurt instead of hiding it. In doing so, I found softness, calm, even gratitude.
I invite you to do the same. Stand still. Breathe. Listen. Let discomfort speak. Maybe it’s not pain. Maybe it’s transformation.
