Where are you, Dear General?

Chae-Young, a North Korean soldier stationed at the border with South Korea, is tasked with launching trash-filled balloons across. it. While fullfiling his task, a CD from a downed South Korean balloon falls at his feet, and he chooses to pick it up. His decision leads to an unexpected encounter with a different reality—one that challenges his understanding of truth, authority, and societal norms.
The film examines geographical and social borders as imagined lines that quietly shape our lives.
